You see the piece in your opening and approve it. Steel is cut after that, not before.
Quote validity
30 days on commercial work, 15 on residential.
Payment
30% deposit · 40% on completion of shop fabrication · 30% on completion of installation.
Holdback
On commercial work, 10% holdback released 60 days after substantial performance.
