What this covers

This page explains what International Serie’s Group Corp., trading as INT Series Group, does with the information you give us through this website. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.

What we collect

• What you type into a quote form: your name, your phone or email, your postal code or project address, and what you need. On a commercial request, your company and a link to the drawings or tender package, if you send one.
• Photographs and files you send us, as a link in the form or by email, so that we can quote without guessing.
• Basic site analytics: which pages are opened and roughly where from, so we know which parts of the site are useful. This is counting, not profiling.

We do not ask for, and this site does not take, any payment information.

What we use it for

• To answer your request — with questions, a date to measure, or a quote.
• To prepare and carry out the work if you go ahead.
• To keep a record of what was quoted and what was built, which is also how a warranty claim gets honoured years later.

We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not pass it to anyone looking for sales leads.

Who else sees it

Only the people who need it to do the work: our own crew, and where a project genuinely requires it, the engineer or the general contractor on that project. Our email and website are run on ordinary commercial services, which means those providers host the data in the course of delivering it to us. In particular, the quote form is delivered by Web3Forms, a form-to-email service: it passes what you type to our inbox and keeps a copy of submissions on its servers for a limited time.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that go nowhere are kept while they might still turn into a job, and then discarded. Records of work we actually did are kept for as long as the warranty on that work can be claimed, plus the period Canadian tax and business records rules require.

Photographs of your project

We photograph our own work. On commercial and institutional projects we may publish the project name and address, because that is the proof a contractor is looking for. On houses we publish the city and never the street. If you would rather we did not publish a photograph of your project at all, tell us and we will not — and if it is already up, it comes down.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it, and we will do that unless we are legally required to keep a record of work performed. Write to info@intseriesgroup.com or call the shop.
